Dear Nathan & Brenda,
I trust this letter finds you well. I wanted to write you both to let you know how grateful I am for the fantastic experience I had with you during my venture to locate a vehicle given my unfortunate circumstance, I did however get over my loss quickly as I am so thrilled with my new "Choo Choo" Terrain. Every time I get in Chooch I'm beaming from ear to ear. Scooby who? LOL
I'll have you know that I've slowed my speed down to allow more time getting to my destination enjoying every minute of luxury and style and that is unusual for me. Woot woot!

Hello good people, just a short note on my dealings with Patrick. When I had my Corvette and my Wife her Riviera, we dealt with Patrick for many years that he was at Northland Pontiac, Buick. Those were good years and he served us well. Upon purchasing an SRX for myself and an STS for my wife, our vehicle service relocated to GSL. We have been very happy with this move. It was great when I found out Patrick was coming on board with GSL. His involvement was always special to us. He seemed to always do extras.
We felt that he was providing an interest as if the vehicles were his own! I’ve been meaning to bring this to your attention earlier but the time was not available to me! Recently, end of Sept. I was arranging, with Patrick, to try and co-ordinate both vehicles getting serviced with minimal disruption to our lives. This was done expeditiously by Patrick. (as always). He was in constant communication with us and went beyond what was normally expected. One item, SRX, was a fault with radio and CD’s. He was trying to address this with fitting in arrival of STS. I was about town on Wed., Dr.’s appointment. CELL turned off. Patrick had called re: SRX. Unfortunately I did not get his message until later after his work. He advised of situation and needed guidance from me. He advised he would be off work Thur.29th. He was hoping to get advice from me on the Wed. so he could order the items that same Wed. to expedite the items thus not delaying my vehicle unnecessarily. As I had missed this opportunity to converse with Patrick I wrote the opportunity off.
Thur. morning I noticed an E-Mail from GSL, did not open it as I thought it was the same information Patrick provided on Phone message Wed.. Later that morning Patrick called me, Thur. HIS DAY OFF!! Asking if I saw his E-Mail of that morning, which contained all the necessary info and costing of parts required. I advised him to go for it, and he arranged for parts etc, on this, his day off!
It is not too often that a person will go this far for a customer, especially when life or death is not involved. But, this is the type of guy he is. Always doing his best to look after his people, sometimes at an inconvenience to him instead of US! I really should have kept track of more of the great things he does. It’s never ending!
Just thought I’d advise of something you might already know as to his dedication to GSL and the people he provides the service for.
He’s a keeper, represents very well what GMC is striving for as a goal!

I recently purchased a 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum at GSL. I wanted to provide feedback regarding my experience and Frank Ventura (my salesman) stated that I should contact you.
Simply put, this has been my most pleasant car buying experience to date. Frank is a true professional. I felt absolutely no pressure in my contemplative phase. Once I had decided to purchase, Frank presented me with the prices for the Ultra Luxury package and the Platinum Edition. Once again, the advantages were presented to me without any pressure. At all times Frank was flexible and accommodating with my difficult schedule- he spent nearly one hour with me on delivery day explaining the vehicle and ensuring that I was set up with onstar. Since, I have bought my vehicle, Frank coordinated a winter tire and rim purchase on my behalf (i have an appointment for installation on Friday). I have never had a car salesman do this or take any interest beyond the initial sale. Although, I had reservations about buying a North American vehicle (I have only owned imports), I have never been this satisfied with the buying process. And yes, I really enjoy the Escalade as well. If the service department is nearly as good as Frank has been, I will undoubtedly be buying more vehicles from GSL. I have also told Frank that I will refer to him anyone that wants to buy a GM/Cadillac/Chev vehicle.
