Customer Care Representatives
GSL Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. GSL is a large General Motors dealership located on the West Side of downtown Calgary. We have 13 acres of inventory to choose from and a large, loyal, customer base.
The BDR position is as follows:
Acting as a executive assistant to the New Car and Pre Owned Sales Departments. Primarily on the telephone contacting existing customers, booking appointments to come in and possibly purchase a vehicle. Updating customer files using our Customer Retention Management Computer system. Working existing customer base using legitimate offers. Customer Satisfaction calls. Lease return calls. Handling all internet leads in a timely manner. Responsible to Manager hourly regarding volume of work being accomplished.
Pay includes a monthly salary plus a volume bonus based on appointments booked and vehicles sold.
Hours are 8:00am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
GSL is looking for an individual who enjoys dealing with the public. Feels comfortable on the telephone. Has a positive attitude and is efficient. Must be comfortable navigating on the computer and typing at an efficient speed.
Training is a large part of this job, initial and ongoing.
